Negative space in photography differs from very interesting concept in design, but it’s equally interesting and effective. If we name the main subject of the photo positive, than negative space is the area which surrounds it. It should define and emphasize the subject and prevent the photo from appearing too cluttered with “stuff”.
My idea was to use this perfect sunday afternoon, with crystal clear sky, and combine it with urban details, like power lines. I’ve waited for the golden hour to get larger range of colors and then looked for interesting scenes.
Finally, three of them looked very well and it was hard to eliminate any, so I uploaded them all 🙂
